  • ON TIME PERFORMANCE OF 99.8% (Through increases/decreases and product chgs)

  • INTERNAL WIP 7 DAYS FROM CUT TO SHIP (4.0 WKS TOTAL W /PLAN/MARK/TRANS)

  • IRREGULAR PERFORMANCE OF 1.15% (All styles/lines)

  • CUT CLOSING OF 100% ACROSS 40+ STYLES (And average cut size of 800 units)

  • DELIVERY OF CUT SPECIALS IN 22.0 TO 23.0 DAYS (Including transportation)

 

In Summary:

 

AB has built an organization that is “focused” on being as maintenance free as possible as we supply our customer with their needs. We have built a dedicated team that is very much aware of the need for continuous improvement, which is imbedded into our Daily Routines.
